The 10 Best Punching Bags for Women
1. RDX Women’s Punching Bag
If you are looking for a starter kit to begin your boxing journey then this is the punch bag (and matching accessories) for you. Not only do you get the approx 4ft heavy bag to start training but the wall bracket to mount it with, skipping rope, grip trainers and training gloves! If you are a more advanced boxer looking to purchase a bag for your home then you can still benefit from the value for money offered by this kit and have a spare pair of gloves, wraps and a skipping rope for the home. RDX is a premium brand who have been honing their craft in the boxing industry since 1999. You can benefit from their years of research and development by using one of their much loved and respected products. Price and quality are hugely important but you also need to consider how you will be using the bag (and where!). This bag requires hanging so be sure to check that you are able to do this before ordering.
This bag makes use of Maya hide leather technology to pack a real punch. The ladies punch bag uses G-Core twinned layer, non tear manufacturing to ensure that this bag can withstand the punches thrown its way from even the toughest of female fighters. This twin layer process also ensures that shock can be dispersed more effectively as the bag comes into contact with the fighters fist or leg. Shredded textiles are used to fill the bag which mean that wrists and hands can be protected when training intensely. With a zip top you can also customise the filling should you wish (although we recommend that this option be reserved for more experienced fighters).
What we love about these starter style kits is that they come with wall brackets and ceiling hooks. You can have the bag up and ready to use within the hour of receiving it (results may vary depending on your handy work!). As noted above, this bag must be hung to use so you should consider where you can realistically position it should you choose to order this one. Much like the bags performance, the applications given to secure your bag to the ceiling are heavy duty. Steel chains, ceiling hook and wall pro bracket ensures that you wont have to worry about your bag falling down no matter how hard or how many times you hit it. Nothing is more irritating than training so hard and being rewarded with a heavy bag that became too heavy for the hook or chains after a few strong jabs, hooks, right straights, upper cuts or body shots.
If you are just dipping your toes into the world of boxing then this one is for you! Ordering a heavy bag that comes with wraps, skipping rope, training gloves and more is perhaps the best way to get started. Whatever your goals be they become a world title holder, improve cardiovascular performance of get fitter, the RDX ladies heavy bag kit is a superb choice simply because of the accessories that come included for such a great price.

- Shock absorbent can minimise risk of injury (as always seek advise from a licensed professional and/or your doctor before beginning your training though!).
- Can only be hung from the ceiling so you need to really think through where you could place this heavy bag should you order it.
- RDX makes quality but whenever you buy from a more established brand you can expect to pay a slightly higher price (in this case, we believe it is more than worth it).
2. EVERLAST HEAVY BAG FOR WOMEN
The Everlast heavy bag for women is perfect for beginners, intermediates and advanced boxers of all ages because of it’s convenient size and height (approx. 4ft). The synthetic leather material makes punching the bag a joy and training sessions more effective. Read the points below for more details each consideration that makes this punching bag the right one for you (or your boxing daughter, sister, wife, girlfriend, friend or relative if this is a gift for a keen combat sport enthusiast).
Everlast are known for using the highest quality materials to construct their offerings and products. This bag makes use of premium synthetic leather on the outer bag and also a blend of reinforced webbing to keep all materials and filler together. This is extremely beneficial considering the bags use. Countless strikes and blows could easily result in wear and tear (and filler material escaping) if the correct material is not used.
Everlast products mostly use the same heavy duty nylon straps to secure their bags to the chain which hangs from your ceiling and the reason is simple, they are effective! The multiple straps allow the heavy bag to hang and swing when hit freely but without the tension of such hanging creating any micro tears. The hanging chain also comes with this bag which means there is one less job for you to complete before you can get training.
This punching bag does come with the chain needed to secure it to the ceiling but unfortunately no other accessories. For this reason it may be a better option for beginner boxers who know the gloves, wraps, mouthguard and headgear they want and are looking to purchase them separately.
- Premium synthetic leather material is durable and hard hitting.
- Comes with hanging chain to secure the bag to your ceiling.
- The Everlast brand is a global powerhouse when it comes to combat sports products.
- Perfectly suited for more advanced fighters looking for a good bag for home but to purchase their training gloves elsewhere.
- Does not come with any accessories so beginners may want to consider finding a bag which can be bought with gloves and wrist wraps.
3. Maxx MMA Training Bag
Maxx MMA is a brand that is becoming ever more popular in the world of fighting and for many good reasons. The brands strategic use of material and stunning product designs is what is propelling them forward and getting some serious respect in the boxing industry. The bag has 4 different uses meaning it is perfect for a fighter looking for a versatile training routine. You can perfect heavy bag work, MMA and wrestling techniques, fitness and stamina performance and upper cut tactics!
Note: This bag has limited customer reviews. Order with care and do your due diligence. We accept no liability for your final purchasing decisions.
A water and air blend in the bag design is partly why this bag is perfectly suited for so many different types of training. It offers the perfect weight and consistency for heavy bag work whilst also being adaptable enough to be used for floor training and general fitness workouts.
The bag uses multiple straps to secure to your chosen hook or (when being used for ground work or general fitness training) can be used free standing/on the floor. The filling is also customizable with the air/water mix. Aiding your ability to grow and progress with the punch bag.
The bag comes with no accessories but given the versatile training possibilities of it, you won’t need them!

- Patented water and air design lets you customize the bag to your training goals, style and preferences.
- Aesthetic design is very appealing to younger, active fighters.
- Limited customer reviews mean you need to do your due diligence before ordering.
- As with an innovative, patented design, you will pay a slightly higher price for such a useful and adaptable bag.
4. Custom Outslayer Punch Bag
This option is a little unorthodox and yet to be featured in a Ringside Reviews buyers guide but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a quality product perfect for those women looking to purchase a new heavy bag. The bag can be customised in terms of both colour and size, allowing you to make it perfect for your home, fitness studio or gym. You can ever choose for it to come filled or unfilled, meaning you can take your product customization one step further. Furthermore, you can now order in the Muay Thai boxing size which is an excellent choice for those looking to explore other fighting styles.
The Outslayer brand uses top quality material sourced from around the world to make some of the best quality punching bags around! This bag in particular can come filled or unfilled – if you opt for unfilled reviewers have commented using a mix of sand at the bottom and cut up foam throughout the remaining space for best results. This is agreed when put to our expert boxing coaches.
Setting up the punching bag should in theory be easy and hassle free as you can request a custom size (just, remember to measure your intended training space before placing your order). This removes a lot of obstacles you may face when ordering other types of punching bags such as them not functioning as well as they could when swaying following a strong jab or body shot. As per many premium bags the Outslayer punch bag uses heavy duty straps to attach to the ceiling hook or wall bracket.
This bag also does not come with additional accessories or options but we feel as though the customization aspect of it makes up for this. You can purchase gloves and accessories matching your colour scheme should you wish and with features that are important/personal to you and your fighting style separately.
- Customise the colour of this bag to match the look and feel of your home, fitness studio or gym.
- Customise the size of the bag to fit perfectly in your designated training spot (make sure to measure accurately before ordering).
- Outslayer comes highly recommended both on and offline (by those we spoke to – also seek advice from experts in your psychical area when possible).
- Option to go for the Muay Thai boxing size which is great for those looking to explore more martial arts and fighting styles.
- You will need to purchase gloves, straps and training accessories elsewhere.
5. TITLE Classic Double End Punching Bag
TITLE boxing is a classic in the sport and they have been providing fighters with the highest quality products for decades. With an authentic look and feel offered by every one of their products, this brand is one for those who are either advanced fighters already or are looking to become one. One thing is for sure, man or woman, when you are training with TITLE products, other boxers will take you seriously. The 14″ x 42″ heavy bag hangs wonderfully from the ceiling of any area dedicated to combat sports and intense training. A bag of this size can be used to train not only boxing but other disciplines also. Want to try your hand at Thai kickboxing, MMA, karate, jiu jitsu, krav maga etc.? No problem! A heavy bag allows you to try such martial arts in the comfort of your own home before committing to potentially expensive training glasses.
Full synthetic leather has become more popular with the top performing heavy punch bags over the past few years and especially throughout 2018 and into 2019. The material lends some excellent benefits including being strong enough to make the bags made from it tough and durable even after sustaining repeated blows from those with heavy hands (figuratively speaking). Foam liner/filler is used to protect the wrists and hands from shock force which means you can spend as much time as you like training.
The bag comes ready to get up and training with some extra strong welded chains with an effective swivel mechanism which allows the bag to adapt and quite literally roll with the punches. You also benefit directly from triple re-enforced D-rings at the top of the punching bag which makes hanging the heavy bag a breeze.
TITLE have spent so much time ensuring that the bag is as effective and secure as possible that they do not feel the need to include it as part of a package set which makes complete sense. With such quality, it would be a dis-service to partner it with gloves or wrist wraps that are not of the same superb quality (that is not to say TITLE doesn’t make gloves and wraps to match in quality, they certainly do). For this bag to be most effective and valuable to the boxers using it, they should select the gloves, wraps and accessories that they feel are going to help them get the strongest punch possible. Bringing these things together will allow you to develop a punching technique that will leave a room shaking.
- The TITLE classic look and feel which screams boxing authenticity.
- Shock absorbent lining/filler means you can spend more time doing what you love, hitting the bag.
- Heavy duty, triple reinforced d-rings will keep the bag hanging in place for years to come.
- Synthetic leather material can take a serious beating without ripping or showing any signs of wear and tear.
- Swivel attachment allows the bag to move with your punches – more effective cardiovascular workouts.
- None to report for this punching bag for women (and men but for the sake of this article, for women).
6. The Everlast Hyrostrike 100lbs Water Bag
If you have not heard of the hyrdostrike bag before do not worry, you are forgiven. An innovative heavy bag which is perfectly suited for intense boxing sessions where you want to perfect a range of punches (straights, jabs, upper cuts, body shots and hooks). The bag is made at home in the US and should be filled with water (as the name suggests). It offers a pleasurable surface to strike and can be used to strengthen the core. Many believe that these kind of innovations are the future of heavy bag training (this is yet to be seen but they are an excellent addition to any boxing workout to offer some variation and a unique challenge). This style of bag should also be easier on the delicate joints found in the wrists and hands given the water filling as opposed to foam which does not tend to be so good at absorbing shock and vibration.
Like much of the Everlast range, the Hydrostrike bag is made of synthetic leather which lends itself fantastically to the sport of boxing as a smooth, excellent surface for striking. The bag is approximately 28.125″ high and 14.25″ in diameter. The manufacturers are so confident in the design and material that they even offer a 2 year warranty with purchase.
Perhaps one of the easiest bags to set up (in terms of filler). Simply fill the heavy bag with approx. 12 gallons of water and you have yourself a 100lbs heavy bag ready to train with. It comes with all parts needed to set up (e.g. hang bracket, sweeper nozzle) so you can get hitting, rolling, slipping, ducking and weaving in no time at all. Not long after setting up you may notice how nice it is to have a shorter bag which allows you to more effectively perfect your uppercuts and body shots. With this bag it is all about angles when it comes to your training sessions (hitting the angles that traditional boxing bags do not allow you to).
The Hydrostrike bag does not come with any accessories. If you are want to know where to get the best boxing hand wraps to use when training on the heavy bag (and/or if buying for a younger fighter, check out our buyers guide for kids boxing gloves now), we encourage you to head over to our other buyers guides once you are done reading.
- Be part of the innovation in heavy bag training design and technology.
- Better at shock absorption and easier on the fragile joints found in your hands and wrists.
- Perfect for training upper cuts, body shots and all other punches (work those angles).
- Easy to fill taking just 12 gallons of water.
- Comes with everything needed to hang from the ceiling.
- Not a traditional heavy bag.
- These types of bags are not as tried and tested as a longer, original heavy bag design which has been used by amateur and professional boxers alike for decades now.
7. Everlast Traditional 70lbs Girls Heavy Bag
I know, there are a few Everlast products in this buyers guide/review lists and don’t worry, we have noticed. The reason why we have decided to feature so many Everlast products is not because we have any special arrangement with the brand or particular preference for them, we have done so simply because our network of advisors and reviewers all seem to agree that they make fantastic heavy bag products. We are not ones to bring our own biases into these articles (this goes both for using the same brand multiple times and removing mentions of multiple products from the same brand even if they are the clear leaders in a particular category). Everlast is a brand you can trust to deliver quality and also it doesn’t hurt that they’re products almost always come with excellent warranty benefits.
The traditional heavy bag is a nice weight (70lbs) for the ladies out there looking to get started boxing. Heavier than the other Everlast cardioblaster bag but not as heavy as other bags on the market, this one will set your training career on the right track.
If you have been keenly following along, you can probably guess what material is blended into the bags design and make up, synthetic material. The filler is natural and synthetic fibres mixed with a more traditional dose of sifted sand. Initially this bag might seem harder to punch but with the correct gloves (included with the bag) and consistent practise, your punch will quickly adjust to meet the resistance of the traditional heavy bag. Weighing 70lbs, this is the one we would recommend most strongly for intermediate fighters (you’ve had a few classes and your form is pretty on point and you know that with consistent practise, your punches could become fight stopping strikes).
The bungee cord (included with purchase) is a great piece of the set up which can add greater resistance to the bag – another feature excellent for intermediate fighters who would certainly benefit from this. The bag ships heavy meaning filler is already in the bag and you can simply hang and start training. This does however mean that for the time being, it is only being shipped in the US (sorry international boxers, please see one of the other bags listed here).
Some of the bags listed above come with no accessories whilst others come with a huge range, this bag sits nicely in the middle. Inside your parcel you will find some training gloves (also made by Everlast so we can be confident that they are of a good quality and suitable for a range of training sessions) and a pair of 180cm boxing wraps. Just enough to get you started but not so much that you can’t source your other boxing gear elsewhere and from your preferred brand.
- From the Everlast brand (yes, again we know!).
- Heavier than more generic fitness bags but not as heavy as some of the other boxing bags on the market (this one is 70lbs).
- Comes with premium quality training gloves and wrist wraps.
- Bungee chord included which adds more resistance.
- Comes pre-filled for quick set up.
- Currently only shipping in the United States.
- The gloves included might not be your first choice for boxing gloves.
8. Pro Impact Mexican Style Double End Bag (2 in 1)
2 in one, Mexican style bags are becoming more popular for male and female fighters. They provide some unique advantages over the more traditional options such as allowing you to practise a great range of strikes and work some kicks into your routines also (especially important for Thai kick boxers). They are great for working head and body punches but you will lose some of the weight and resistance that comes with a more traditional option. On the other hand the generally lighter weight and quicker movements can allow you to perfect your speed, reflexes and accuracy that much quicker. Consider all of this and the below details before committing to any purchase and if necessary, we recommend consulting a professional boxing coach (even better if they are USA boxing certified!) in person to find out more details and to get another opinion.
Pro Impact opted to use genuine leather for this product which will only become more sought after given its decreasing use but it is important that you consider its use here given some peoples believes on purchasing genuine leather products. Never the less reviews speak for themselves and the genuine leather used brings a certain durability to the product. Leather is known to stand the test of time which is why it was originally used to make the heavy bags and gloves from the biggest and best ringside (or cage side if you’re in to MMA) brands around. The rubber bladder (which is reinforced and heavy duty) stops air from escaping as you use the bag throughout your training and sparring sessions.
The fast recoil offered by the bag is the result of a set up made easy, quick and hassle free for you. The Mexican style bag includes bungee cords and an S hooks to make setting it up in your training space (garage, attic, home gym, boxing gym – wherever) easier than ever. As the bag is air filled you don’t need to spend much time getting it ready at all. The bag is 12.4″ tall once mounted.
The bag does not come with any accessories as far as we are aware but this may be for the best. With speed bags you may or may not wish to have a separate pair of gloves (most fighters and I personally opt not to have a separate pair) to train with. As these are more about developing speed there is not exactly the need to have a thicker and heavier pair of gloves when using it but it can be useful to wear some none the less to ensure you don’t loose your new hard earned speed when sparring or on the pads.
*Note: If you like the look and sound of this double ended, 2 in 1 bag I would also strongly consider ordering one of the heavy bags discussed above or below also. Speed bags are create but they are just a part of becoming a great boxing lady. Really you need a heavier bag to perfect your punching technique and to develop your striking strength. The double ended bags can be a fantastic edition to any home gym though, don’t get me wrong.
- Genuine leather (maybe not a positive depending on how you look at this and your personal beliefs) material.
- Quick to set up with minimal hassle.
- Can help greatly increase your speed, reflexes and accuracy whilst also developing your head and body shots.
- In order to become an effective fighter and sports woman, you will definitely need to invest a heavy bag also. Speed is great but you need strength also and speed bags can not help you develop strength and resistance in your hands and wrists in nearly the same way that heavy bags can.
9. HomeYoo Inflatable Punching Bag
I would usually stay as far away from an inflatable heavy bag as psychically possible but I feel it is important to offer a cheaper alternative in this case for the real beginners out there. Whilst I personally and all the seasoned experts I consult regularly view inflatable heavy bags as a waste of time for those who have already started training. As a beginner it is completely understandable that you don’t want to drop over one hundred dollars on a bag that you may not want taking up space a year from now so in such cases you might consider ordering an inflatable heavy bag initially. Doing so will allow you to dip your toes into the world of boxing but it is only a start. If you find yourself increasingly drawn to the sport and looking to train more regularly and progress quicker, you will need to take a leap of faith and order an actual heavy bag and leave the inflatable one for your kids or in the corner. So they do have their merits, they are much cheaper than other bags and are a great way to get started, consider this option if you fit into such scenarios.
PVC is used in several layers to ensure that the bag can take a punch or a kick. 25mm thick material does mean you shouldn’t have this bag bursting/popping any time soon. The inflatable material also allows the bag to bounce back fairly quickly if inflated correctly. Training with this bag you can start developing some best practises and technique but the thinner material and lack of filling means your punches are unlikely to increase in strength at any great rate.
The base of the bag should be filled with water or sand (when given the option I would recommend filling with sand as it can cause less damage if leaks or spillages occur). As an adult female trainee boxer, sand is also heavier and allows you to hit the bag harder. If being set up for a child or young girl boxer, water can be effective.
Comes with no accessories but for this price, we would be surprised if it did. You are unlikely to need any gloves or wraps to train with this bag as the surface is not hard/you will not encounter any shock, vibrations or resistance when hitting so risk of injury is greatly reduced. If available you may wish to train with boxing gloves on still to get in the habit and to perfect your technique for when you eventually purchase a real heavy bag.
- Easy set up.
- A lot cheaper than traditional heavy bag products.
- Wont cause damage to surrounding areas if the bag was to hit your walls or furniture.
- Base can be secured with water or sand depending on the power of your punch (dependant on age and combat experience).
- Your punch strength progress will be limited if you train only with an inflatable bag.
- You won’t be used to traditional heavy punching bags for women if you attend a boxing class at your local gym.
10. Ringside Leather Punching Bag for Girls
No synthetic or alternative material feels quite like leather. To hit and to train with, leather has been used for decades by some of the sports top athletes and performers. Ringside is one of the classic brands that has earned trust and respect throughout the boxing community thanks to their hard work manufacturing fantastic products and strategic designs. You can order this bag in a range of different sizes which makes it perfectly suitable for female/girl boxers. Just getting started? Go for the 100lbs option. More experienced in the ring with a bit more power behind your straight rights? You may want to order the bags between 150 – 200lbs. If in doubt on the weight you should order, you should consult a licensed boxing coach who will be able to take into account your age, size, strength and previous fighting experience.
As the name suggests, this bag is made out of premium quality leather and all weight options come soft filled upon delivery ready to use. The hard surface offered by genuine leather mixed with the soft filler creates a supreme surface to perfect your punching technique. Offering just enough resistance for you to have an intense training session but not so much as to cause damage to hand and wrist joints.
The strong hooks at the top of the bag allow you to secure the bag to your ceiling in the designated training area. The heavy bag chain and swivel mechanism is included with purchase so you can set up the leather heavy bag as soon as it arrives.
- Classic leather feel is perfect for developing a strong punch due to the resistance it offers.
- Ringside is a brand that is loved by boxing gyms and professional fighters around the world.
- Soft inner filling helps protects the joints and tendons when hitting the bag.
- Heavy so only suitable for slightly older/stronger fighters (at least teenagers, not best for younger fighters).
- Takes up a lot of room in your training area especially because of metal swivel mechanism.
The bags listed above offer a number of key benefits perfectly suited for women. Training with a heavy bag will be needed to really take your boxing skills and technique to the next level. Not only can you increase punch strength using any of the bags above but also speed, accuracy, reflexes and defence strategies.
In this buyers guide for boxing girls you will find that we have gone over a number of key criteria that could make or break any intense training session. The most important factor to consider is likely the material used as this can have a profound effect on the way in which you will want to train with the bag and positively your boxing progression (it will be limited if you do not like the material you are hitting in every workout). Next I would have to say would be the accessories included. If you have yet to buy your boxing gloves or wrist wraps it would be good and convenient to purchase a heavy bag which has these included (you can always pick up an additional pair of gloves specifically for sparring, pad work and the speed bag later on). Read in more detail about the criteria used in these punching bags for girls guide below.
Best Punching Bag for Women Review Criteria
In order to ensure that our readers find the best punching bag for them, we make sure to audit every punching bag we look at with the same select criteria. This criteria looks at a number of important areas that if lacking can render a heavy bag ineffective. To identify how each bag performs with our select criteria, we try out the bags in person where possible, source reviews left by customers online at Amazon and elsewhere and consult expert boxing coaches when they have prior experience with the product being reviewed. This approach offers a number of benefits such as the reviews not relying solely on our opinions (reducing writer bias creeping in), gets feedback from less experienced boxers who purchased the product and allows us to seek advice from those much more advanced than us.
One of the most important things to consider when purchasing a punching bag (whether you are a man or a woman) is the material that it is made out of. If you want a bag with more resistance that you will have to wrap your wrists before using but that can really take your boxing skills to the next level, a stronger and thicker material is what you need. Just getting started in combat sports and need something that will allow you to improve your form and technique without injuring yourself? You will want to find a bag that has a slightly softer material and filler with less resistance. We critique each bag being reviewed to ensure that whatever it’s material, it is high quality and should not tear within the first few months of owning it (providing you take care of the bag properly!). We also include who the bags material would be best suited for so you can ensure the one you purchase matches your skill level and training goals. The best punching bag for girls use the material best suited to that female boxer, please don’t forget this when ordering your bag.
This makes a difference to your striking directly. A harder material will have less flexibility ever when punched which means you will meet more resistance. A softer material will shape to your punch reducing the force which you strike with and making it generally more difficult to do yourself an injury.
The material or blend of materials used to fill the bag makes a huge difference to its performance. More adaptable fillers such as water or air are usually used for cheaper bags and also offer a lot less resistance. Sand or foam pieces are harder and stronger which means you will feel more resistance, shock and vibration when hitting it. Make sure you wrap your wrists properly and select a high quality pair of training gloves suitable for heavy bag work when training with a sand filled bag to minimise risks of injury.
How quickly and easy it is to set up a heavy bag is another key deciding factor in the purchasing decision. Finding space for a heavy bag is tricky enough if positioning it in a garage, garden area, loft or anywhere in your house. The last thing you want is to have to spend hours figuring out how to install your bag or worse, have to wait days for that set up swivel mechanism or hanging chain to arrive. Pick a bag that works for you and your training environment and set up will be that much easier and stress free.
Whilst not vital this (the boxing accessories that the bag comes with) is definitely something that should be considered. If you have yet to purchase your training gloves, hand wraps, skipping rope etc. for the home, why not find a heavy bag that includes such things? Doing so is likely to work out cheaper than ordering them separately that is for sure. Having said that, if you are more experienced and have a particular brand or make in mind for your accessories (or already own them), don’t be afraid to find a bag that does not come with any and order yours elsewhere.
Find the best accessories and the best heavy bag for women by taking this key consideration into account before ordering.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How will I know when I have found the heavy bag for me?
It should be fairly clear when you have found the right bag for you when you would describe yourself as a lady who can’t wait to start her training session. The idea of hitting the bag should spark feelings of joy, excitement and motivation in you not dread and boredom. The bag should meet your training goals and needs.
Having said that, if you are a real beginner you might have no clue. In such case I would think about your price range (how much are you comfortable spending on a bag) and use that to gauge which bag might be right for you. This is far from a perfect approach but it is a start. You wont start picking up expert boxing knowledge and skills until you start training so try not to put this off and order sooner rather than later.
Which of these heavy bags should I purchase?
Whichever one meets your needs, skill level and goals when it comes to material, set up, accessories, price, look and feel. Sometimes the best way is to give it a go in which case I strongly encourage you to head on down to your local boxing gym and ask to give some of their heavy bags a smack.
Are all of these really recommendations for female fighters?
Of course! Each bag can be used by women who want to take part in this amazing sport but of course experience, strength and size does play a role so please read thoroughly all of this buyers guide before making a decision.
Where should I buy my chosen/desired bag?
We have included links to the relevant Amazon product page for each of the bags listed above. Please refer to our Editorial Policy for more details on how we create content and how we use affiliate links throughout.
How should I care for and maintain my bag?
For best results, you need to care for your heavy bag properly. The basics though involve keeping the bag away from sharp objects which could potentially damage or tear the material (meaning keep it away from the floor whenever possible). Also, do not keep the bag in extreme conditions such as outside in the rain, sleet or snow. We intend to put together a guide on how to effectively maintain a heavy bag so please refer to our blog or check back later to find out more details on heavy bag maintenance.
Is boxing training safe for women?
